Suppressing the Step Effect of 3D Printing for Constructing Contact Lenses (Adv. Mater. 4/2022)
Advanced Materials(2022)
摘要
3D Printing In article number 2107249, Lei Wu, Yanlin Song, and co-workers propose a continuous liquid film confined 3D printing strategy to fabricate high-precision 3D structures. Reutilization and good control of the liquid residual can improve the printing fidelity and avoid a post-washing process. A centimeter-scale contact-lens structure with nanoscale roughness, high-definition imaging and homogeneous mechanical characteristic is printed, indicating its great potential in scalable 3D printing of optical structures.
