Abstract
This work aimed to study the isolated and subsequent effects of 2,6-Dimethylpyridine-N-oxide (Ivin) and 2,4-D-2-EHE on the survival of rats and the population characteristics of the total mRNA that implements molecular genetic processes in rats. The studies on Wistar Han (SPF) rats were performed. It was found that Ivin at doses of 13 and 0.013 mg/kg bw, corresponding to 1/100 and 1/100000 DL50, does not cause clinical signs of intoxication in rats.
