Environmental Assessment of Low-Grade Highway based on AHP-FCE Method

In order to comprehensively evaluate the environmental impact of rural roads during the construction process, based on the existing high-grade road evaluation system, according to the environmental characteristics of rural roads during the construction period, combined with corresponding environmental standards, the road environmental indicators of the index layer are carried out. Screened and optimized, put forward specific quantitative criteria for indicators, and constructed a rural road environmental impact assessment system with 14 indicators in 6 aspects, including society, ecology, air, noise, surface water and solid waste. Taking a Highway as an example, the analytic hierarchy process is used for statistical analysis to obtain the weight of each indicator in the evaluation system, and the risk impact of each indicator on its environment and the comprehensive environmental evaluation level of the project are determined through the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method. The research results verify the feasibility and applicability of the constructed environmental impact assessment system, which can provide references for decision-making and environmental management of low-grade rural road projects.
