Vein-type fluorite mineralization of the Linxi district in the Great Xing'an Range, Northeast China: Insights from geochronology, mineral geochemistry, fluid inclusion and stable isotope systematics

•Fluorite deposits in Linxi district share similar and relatable geological features.•Fluorite mineralization in the Linxi district occurred approximately at 137–132 Ma.•Ore-forming fluids are dominantly of meteoric water origin.•Fluorite vein system may link to the regional Late Mesozoic metallogenic events.
