Abstract
A process of a waveform analysis of impulse response in dynamic interrelationships and spatial heterogeneity is constructed. The analysis has the advantages of exploring the path and dynamic changes in endogenous variables affected by random disturbance terms and capturing the contribution degree of unit impact to the prediction error variation coefficients. In the analysis, the common factors from variables are extracted, thereby achieving dimensional reduction and capturing latent variables which are essential but cannot be directly measured. In addition to investigating the internal interrelationships of waveforms in the whole system, we analyze their spatial dependence. Therefore, the spatial disparities caused by different structural characteristics are measured and are integrated in the analysis.
