A Comparative Study of Poisson Kriging's Matrix Solving Method and Surrogate Model Solving Method

This paper analyzes the calculation principles of Poisson Kriging, and then the Poisson Kriging is solved by matrix method and surrogate model method respectively. Based on the virtual radiation field data calculated by the superMC software, the radiation fields constructed by the two methods are compared. Then the difference is analyzed and explained through its covariance function model and correlation coefficient model. The main difference between the two methods is the smoothness of the radiation field and the relationship between the results and the sample. Through error calculation, it is shown that the surrogate model solution method is generally better than the matrix solution method.
