Research and application of secondary system intelligence inspection technology based on data source transformation

With the continuous increase of equipment scale in the substation secondary system, the manual inspection of the secondary system presents the characteristics of low efficiency, weak effect and so on. The insufficiency of carrying capacity of operational inspection and professional inspection personnel is becoming more and more prominent. It is urgent to study the intelligent inspection technology of the substation secondary system and promote the inspection mode from traditional manual inspection to intelligent inspection. This paper proposes a differentiated intelligent operational strategy for secondary system based on data source transformation without blind spots, the inspection data accumulation model and the trend prediction method of equipment status. Relying on the existing data network architecture and transmission channels, and integrating intelligent inspection technologies such as multi-source data acquisition and cleaning, status trend prediction and analysis, customized interaction of inspection tasks, etc., the intelligent panoramic perception and intelligent operation and maintenance system of the secondary equipment status were constructed to realize the efficient and accurate intelligent inspection of the secondary system. Related technologies have been successfully applied to the intelligent inspection of the substation secondary system in the 2022 Beijing - Zhangjiakou Winter Olympic Games, significantly improving the reliability and timeliness of inspection data and significantly reducing inspection costs.
