Structure Design and Manufacture of Thermal Car

Reasonable obstacle avoidance loop is drawn according to the position of obstacle piles on the site of the 7th National Engineering Training Comprehensive Ability Competition. Geometric model of motion is established, and the corner of each position of car is obtained through path point set. Contour design and trajectory simulation of cam is based on MATLAB. The three-dimensional model is established by SolidWorks, and the cam shape is corrected by motion analysis. Experiments show that the thermal car designed by intelligent manufacturing technology can meet the needs of changeable trajectory. This paper provides an idea for the design of thermal car with intelligent technology, and hopes to give relevant personnel reference.
