Introduction d'un substituant pyridyl-4' en 5 d'aryl-6 dihydro-2,3 imidazo [2,1-b] thiazoles par action de pyridine/chloroformiate d'alkyle suivie de desethoxycarbonylation par le soufre dans le mesitylene, CrO 3 dans la pyridine ou t-BuOK dans l'air.
