Los sistemas de producción de café en el centro de Veracruz, México. Un análisis tecnológico

Resumen Los autores identifican y senalan caracteristicas de los principales sistemas de produccion cafeteros en la zona central de Veracruz. Con informacion de encuestas a productores y otras fuentes, analizan su viabilidad en el contexto de la mas reciente crisis cafetalera. Abstract The authors identify and define characteristics of the main coffee production systems in central Veracruz. Based on information from interviews to farmers and other sources, they discuss the viability of such systems in the context of the latest coffee crisis.
