Effect of Shenshukang on Experimental C-BSA Glomerulonephritis Model in Rabbits

Objective:to observe the effects of Shenshukang on experimental C-BSA glomerulonephritis model in rabbits. Methods: therabbit model of membranous nephropathy was made by injecting C-BSA and treated with Shenshukang before its effects on 24-hour proteinuria, serum creatinine, ureanitroge andpathology of nephridial tissues were examined. Results: Shenshukang could decrease proteinuria, alleviate the pathological damage of nephridial tissue pathology and improve renal function. Conlusion: Shenshukang can prolong the progression of glomerulosclerosis.
