Based on $5.8\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{7}J/\ensuremath{\psi}$ events collected with BESII at the Beijing Electron-Positron Collider (BEPC), the decay branching fractions of $J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\omega}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$, $\ensuremath{\omega}\ensuremath{\eta}$, and $\ensuremath{\omega}{\ensuremath{\eta}}^{\ensuremath{'}}$ are measured using different $\ensuremath{\eta}$ and ${\ensuremath{\eta}}^{\ensuremath{'}}$ decay modes. The results are higher than previous measurements. The $\ensuremath{\omega}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{0}$ electromagnetic form factor is also obtained.
