Concept Design of Piled Raft Foundation under Eccentric Tension-compression Loads

In this paper,the basic key points of the design of piled raft foundation under eccentric tension-compression loads are discussed with project instances.By the changeable-stiffness pile arrangement and post-grouting technology of piled foundation,the spaces between the center of load and reaction under all operating conditions are adjusted to meet the requirements of codes.This technique reduces the construction volume of piled raft foundation under the premise of reasonable technology and structure safety to achieve the aim of design optimization.
