The intelligent bobbin connection and length detector based on DSP

Bobbin connection and bobbin length are the important performance in the field of cigarette. This paper introduces a system which detects the bobbin connection and bobbin length based on TMS320LF2407A. The system has high precision at detecting length and detecting connection. Further more, the system has the function of self-diagnosis about infrared photosensitive components. The system is very stabilized and very low repair-rate.
