Study on macroporous adsorption resins desalination for hydrolysate of casein

Desalination for hydrolysate of casein in adsorption and desorption of macroporous adsorption resins DA201-C,NKA-Ⅱ,AB-8,XAD1180 ,XAD16 and HZ-816 was investigated. At the base of physical performance of resins, the best resin and detergent were chosen to finish the dynamic adsorption experiments by static adsorption. The result showed that the best resin to desalt for hydrolysate of casein was DA201-C,and desorption ratio and desalination ratio were relatively high when 70% ethanol was desorpting agent.
