Abstract
Objective To explore the intraoperative autologous transfusion in an improved under normal temperature on total hepatic vascular exclusion for extrapeploes hepatectomy of giant hepatic cavernous hemangioma. Methods The clinical data of 8 cases that underwent extrapolates hepatectomy requiring intraperative autologous transfusion from the cell-saver apparatus were analysed retrospectively.8 cases where the tumor involved the proximal hepatic veins and inferior vena cava. All cases were performed asing varying degrees of total hepatic vascular exclusion. Results 8 cases hemangioma were integrated resection and recovery. One case was ruptured of tumous result massive hemorrhage during extrapeploes hepatectomy, blood transfusion 6000ml,other 7 cases were not blood transfusion. Conclusion The intraoperative autologous transfusion in an improved under normal temperature on total hepatic vascular exclusion for extrapeploes hepatectomy of huge hepatic cavemous hemangioma had feasible.
