Quality Evaluation of Injectable Thymine Kinase Gene Plasmid PLGA-Nanoparticles

Abstract
The injectable lyophilized nanoparticles loaded with thymine kinase gene was prepared. The morphology, particle size, preliminary stability, anti-nuclease ability and anti-ultrasonic radiation of the products were investigated. The results showed that the nanoparticles could enhance the resistance ability of plasmid DNA to nuclease or ultrasound.
