Abstract
目的:建立板蓝根颗粒的指纹图谱质量分析方法以保证板蓝根的质量稳定性.方法:以柱前衍生化HPLC法、BDSC18色谱柱(4.6×250mm)为分析柱、pH6.4的醋酸钠缓冲液-乙腈(95:5)梯度洗脱、紫外365nm下检测建立氨基酸部位的指纹图谱,以角余弦系数和距离系数来计算不同批次的样品这间的质量一致程度.结果:HPLC法的精密度、稳定性和重现性良好,图谱中绝大部分色谱峰均达到了基线分离;两个系数能够显示样品之间的质量的符合程度.结论:方法简单,准确可靠,可控性强,可以作为板蓝根颗粒指纹图谱质量控制的一种有效方法.
