Unbalanced Dynamic Simulation of Roller in 1420 mm Cold Rolling Mills

This article is rooted on the five-stand 1420 cold-rolling mills,establishes the six roller cold rolling dynamic unbalanced model and its simulation is also done.There are two kinds of conditions: one is the unbalanced curve of the above and below roller when the frictional coefficient is varied and the rollers' diameter is constant,the other is the unbalanced curve of the above and below roller when the frictional coefficient is constant and the rolls' diameter is varied,then analyzes the simulation result.
