摘要
Objective:To evaluate the feasibility, safety and efficacy of applying for Misoprostol before induced abortion for the first early pregnancy(≤42 days).Methods:300 first early pregnant women who were choosing induced abortion were randomly and evenly divided into three groups.Cases in group A taked 400μg Misoprostol orally and cases in group B were placed 400μg Misoprostol transvaginally two hours before operation,Cases in group C(the control group) did not taking Misoprostol. To compare the incidence rate of adverse reactions, the effect of cervical dilatation, bleed volume in operation, operation time and the incidence rate of postoperative cervical adhesions between group A and B.Results:The incidence rate of adverse reactions in gronp B was significantly lower than that in group A(P0.01).there were no significant differences in the effect of cervical dilatation, bleed volume in operation and operation time between group A and B(P0.05),however,which were significant comparing with group C.Conclusion:Both taking Misoprostol orally and placed transvaginally can be a route administration applying for the first early pregnant women are choosing induced abortion,We especially recommend the latter because of less incidence rate of adverse reactions.
