Report of the Medication Adverse Reaction of 112 Patients

Objective Retrospective review on the Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) cases during 2006-2007 occurred in this hospital with a view to providing cautions on safe and reasonable medications in clinical applications.Methods Analysis and evaluation were conducted on 112 adverse drug reaction cases.Results The antibacterial drugs were found the highest ADR rate,with the most common clinical manifestation of integumentary system lesions.Conclusion The fact that the most common ADR cases are found in the antibacterial drugs call attention to reasonable clinical applications of the antibacterial drugs; as for the ACTs,attention should be had to drug incompatibility; in order to minimise the ADR,patient's allergic history should be ascertained prior to any medication,and careful observation be conducted after medications.
