Development of BEPCII timing system phase detector

BEPC II Timing System provides synchronous signals to the storage ring and Linac,so to correspond all the components to make sure the whole system can run normally.This article describes the design principle and development of the BPECII phase detector.The phase detector is used to detect the phases of the two way 499.8MHz signals.
