Abstract
【Objective】 To investigate the protective effect of butorphanol precondition against myocardial injury induced by CABG.【Methods】 Twenty-four patients undergoing CABG were randomly divided into two groups(n = 12):control group and butorphanol preconditioning group.Blood samples were obtained prior of the operation and at the 0,2,6,24,48 h after the end of the operation. The serum cTnI were determined.【Results】 In every group, the cTnI levels were significantly increased at the post-operative(0,2,6,24,48 h) compared with those before the operation(P 0.05).The cTnI levels of B-group were markedly decreased compare with those of C-group after the operation(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 butorphanol precondition decreases the cTnI levels induced by CABG.
