Contrastly analysis of the curative effect of Glucocorticosteroid Cmbining Rifampin for tuberculous exadative pleurisy

Objective:To contrastly analysis the curative effect of glucocorticosteroid cmbining rifampin for tuberculous exadative pleurisy at morning.Methods:Eighty preliminary treating cases of tuberculous pleurisy were randomly divided into group A(non-rifampin treating group) and group B(with rifampin treating group): group A were 42 patients;group B were 39 patients.Two group using 2HZES/4H as the routine treating project,group A had ’t rifampin and group B applied rifampin.After the treatment for six months,the symptoms and the effects were examined,include toxic symptom,quantity of pleural fluid,changing of imageology and pleural adhesions.Results:The group A were lower than group B in extinction time of toxic symptom and pleural fluid,frequency of thoracic paracentesis,ratio of pleural adhesions.There are statistical significance(P0.01).Conclusion:There are no advice to use rifampin for treating tuberculous exadative pleurisy with glucocorticosteroid at morning.
