The Iodine nutrition level analysis of 900 cases pregnant and lactation period woman in Tonghua city

Objective:To know and grasp the Iodine nutrition level of pregnant and lactation period woman in Tonghua city.To provide scientific basis for formulating supplying Iodine standard for special crowd,and eliminating the iodine deficiency disease.Methods:Collect 900 pregnant and lactation period women Tonghua city randomly,test their urine,adopt the arsenic cerium to catalyze spectral luminosity to detect the urine iodine contents,analyze the value,to appraise the iodine nutrition level.Results:The urine iodine of country standard of pregnant and lactation period women is 150 μg/L ~250 μg/L.The urine iodine result lower than 150 μg /L is 10.00%.Conclusion:The results showed that pregnant and lactation period women were iodine nutrition deficiency on the some degree.
