The experimental study of Chinese medicine Weichangshu tablet to prevent ankylenteron

Objective To approach the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Weichangshu tablet on ankylenteron.Methods The SD rats were divided into 4 groups:model group with no-medicine,NS group with NS 10ml/(kg·d),WeichangshuⅠgroup lavaged with Weichangshu physic liquor(0.075 g/ml)10ml/(kg·d),WeichangshuⅡ group lavaged with Weichangshu physic liquor(0.15g/ml)10ml//(kg·d).In the 15th day,analyse the blood of every group and execute all the rats to observe the ankylenteron condition.Results The clinic cure rate was 77.8%,the total effect rate was 97.2%.The study indicate Weichangshu tablet can reduce fibrinogen of the blood.Conclusion Weichangshu tablet has an obvious therapeutic effect on ankylenteron,the mechanism is related with its prevention for fibrin hyperplasy,and promote fibrin solution,inhibit collagenoblast hyperplasy.
