Clinical and Pathological Analysis of 286 Cases of Renal Biopsy

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of clinical and pathological profiles with renaldisease.Methods: The clinical and pathological data of 286 biopsy-proven cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results: 74.1% showed to be primary glomerulonephritis,in which the major pathological types were Ig A nephritic syndrome.The disease most common were lupus nephritisallergic purpura nephritis and hepatitis B virus associated nephritis.Conclusions: Renal biopsy plays an important role on the diagnosis treatment and prognosis of kidney disease.
