Design and Implementing of Vehicle Monitor and Control System Based on GIS/GSM/GPS

The paper introduces the composition,the working principle,the functions and the related techniques of dynamic car surveillance system.Global system for mobile communications(GMS),GIS,and GPS,the technique of data communication were integrated in the system.It could realize to position satellite day and night,display electronic map,implement real-time vehicle monitoring,pay back history paths,send monitor and control orders and query information.Experiments show that the system is low cost and high reasonable and it has good positioning and monitoring functions.
