Development of pomegranate juice-containing chrysanthemum tea drink

Through orthogonal experiments,the juice of Anhui Huaiyuan pomegranate and the extract of Chuzhou tribute chrysanthemum were mixed to obtain a juice-containing tea drink featured by the sweet and sour taste of pomegranate and the fragrance of chrysanthemum.Its formula was chrysanthemum extract 40%,pomegranate juice 20%,white granulated sugar 12%and citric acid 0.1%.
