Abstract
Acid-hydrolysis conditions for SCP production from corn-cobs hydrolysate with Sacchromyces cerevisae, the train screening that can utilize the xylose are studied by using single-element research and orthogonal tests. The experiment result shows that the optimum hydrolysis conditions are as below: ratio of solid to liquid 1∶12,concentration of sulfuric acid 1.0%,the pressure 0.10 MPa,hydrolysising directly for 3 h.The reducing sugar yield rate of 50.3%,then added with 0.10% CO(NH2)2,0.10%(NH4)2SO4,0.16% KH2P04,0.05% MgS04.7H20,0.1% yeast extract, adjusted to initial pH value 5.5,inoculum size 10%,for 24 hours at 30 ℃.The dry cell yield of 8.2~8.4 g/L are obtained.
