摘要
Objective To explore the clinical effects of internal fixation of comminuted fractures of distal femur with less invasive stabilization systems (LISS). Methods 26 cases of comminuted fractures of distal femur were treated with open reduction and internal fixation using LISS plate. Results All patients were followed up for a period averaged 15 months (10 to 28 months). According to the criteria of Kolmert, the results were excellent in A3 10 cases,C2 3 cases; good in A3 2 cases,C2 1 cases,C3 5 cases; fair in C2 2 cases,C3 2 cases and poor in C3 1 cases. The excellent and good rate was 80.77%. Conclusions Less invasive stabilization systems can provide rigid internal fixation and make it feasible of proper exercise after operation.
