The Clinical Observation of the Tongue in Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:To probe into the law of the tongue presentations' distribution.Methods:We select 160 patients to be study subjects.When they visit doctors or admit the hospital within one day,we will observe their tongue presentations.We use comprehensive analysis by the four examination methods to carry out zheng differentiation-classification,and collect age,sex,pathogenesis and index which can estimate pathogenetic condition.Results:The patients with different tongue colors have sex and pathogenesis distribution in common.The difference makes no sense in statistic(P0.05).The patients with different tongue colors are different in age distribution in general.The difference makes sense in statistic(P0.05).Moreover,the difference between the group of red tongue and pink tongue when making comparison makes sense in statistic(P0.05).In the five indexes to estimate the pathogenetic condition,the difference of fur color and texture of fur in the same index makes no sense in statistic(P0.05).Conclusion:The change of RA's tongue color conforms to the pathology reflection of the nature development law of human beings.What the tongue coating shows has no correlative relationship with the pathogenetic condition.In clinical application,the moral treatment of tongue color and tongue coating plays an important role in zheng differentiation-classification of this disease.
