Establishment and Optimization of in vitro Regeneration System for Panax ginseng

Using seeds,buds,stems and leaves as explants,a regenerative system for shoot morphogensis of Panax ginseng was described.Adventitious bud was induced on MS medium supplemented with MS+2.0 mg/L BA+0.2 mg/L IBA,1.0 mg/L BA and 0.2 mg/L IBA,2.5 mg/L BA and 0.2 mg/L IBA.The root medium is 1/2 MS supplemented with 1.0 mg/L NAA.When adventitious bud was cultured in 16 h illumination and 8 h darkness in turns,regenerative plant was obtained.
