The use of inevitable quantitative evaluation to prevent bedsore

Objective:To prevent bedsore effectually,observe bedsore using the inevitable quantitative evaluation.Methods:Evaluated 239 patients in cadre's ward in 2007,analyzed datum about the related risk factors of bedsore,took preventable measures on the patients with high risk factors,registered patients with skin problems when they were admitted to hospital.Results:According the scale,there were 89 patients among the 239 cases are evaluated as high risk,occuping 37.6%.Only 1 patient occurred.Compared to those in 2006,there was a significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:The inevitable quantitative evaluation scale can monitor bedsore promptly to prevent bedsore.
