Research on Preparing RE(Nd,Pr)-Fe-B Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Alloy by Hypoxia-Strip Casting Method

In this paper,(Nd,Pr)FeB alloy was prepared with alloys of Nd-Pr and Fe-B,sponge iron and zirconium as raw materials by hypoxia-strip casting method in temperature of 1400℃～1450℃ and cooling speed of 1m/s～2m/s.The resulted alloy was characterized with XRD and SEM.Sinterd permanent magnet prepared from the precusion alloy showed ideal performances through demagnetization curve.
