An Expansion Planning Method of Distribution Network Based on Power Supply Safety Standard

This paper proposes a grid expansion planning method based on power supply safety standards aiming at the limitations of the traditional power grid planning when the capacity-load ratio index is used to evaluate the power supply capacity. The principles and implementation steps of the power supply safety standard analysis method have been deeply analyzed in this article. A variety of power grid expansion programs based on the power supply safety standards are proposed to solve the actual problems of the grid. The analysis result shows that the method proposed in this paper is scientific and instructive. The power grid planning scheme based on power supply safety standards can more comprehensively and accurately assess the power supply capacity of the distribution network, find the weak links of the power supply area grid, scientifically evaluate the distribution network planning scheme, and make the distribution network planning scheme more comprehensive.
