摘要
Objective To study the effect of macronutrients in parenteral nutrition(PN) associated with cholestasis(PNAC) of very low birth weight infants(VLBWI).Methods To study retrospectively the clinical data of 12 PNAC VLBWI(PNAC group) and 24 without PNAC(non-PNAC group),matched by birth weight, gestational age,Apgar scores and duration of PN administration.Meanwhile, the associated factors with PNAC were also analyzed in two groups. Results The average daily amount of amino acid intake in PNAC group is higher than that of non-PNAC group during the first two weeks after birth,(2.5±0.5) g/kg and(2.1±0.4) g/kg(P=0.012),(2.6±0.4) g/kg and(2.2±0.3) g/kg(P=0.004),repectively.There is no difference between two groups on average daily amino acid intake during the whole PN period,(2.3±0.3) g/kg and(2.0±0.4) g/kg.There is no difference on lipid and glucose intake in PN duration between two groups. Conclusions The occurrence of PNAC is associated with higher amino acid intake during the first two weeks of PN support after birth in VLBWI.Further randomized controlled studies should be performed.
