Abstract
Objective To observation the effect of moxifloxacin in treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis(MDR-PTB).Methods 60 cases multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group 30 cases;treatment group were treated with moxifloxacin(0.4g,qd),combine rifapentine,dipasic,pyrazinamide and amikacin,control group were treated with levofloxacin(0.4g,qd),combination drug use the same with treatment group;and the course of treatment is 12 months.Observation content including the sputum-negative conversion rate 、X-ray performance improve rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups.Results The treatment group compared with control group,putum-negative conversion rate were 93.3% and 73.3%,the differences have Statistical significance(P0.05);X-ray performance improve rate were 93.3% and 73.3%,the differences have Statistical significance(P0.01);adverse reaction rate were 23.3% and 26.7%,the differences have no Statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment scheme with including moxifloxacin have the characteristics of putum-negative conversion rate high,x-ray performance improve obvious,adverse reaction rate low,Worthy clinical extension.
