摘要
Objective To analyze the clinical effect on nonunion and delayed union of femur shaft fracture treated by interlocking intramedullary nail combined with small plate in femur shaft fractures. Methods 15 cases of nonunion and delayed union of femur shaft fracture were performed by minimal invasive open reduction, anterograde reamed, static locking and local immobilization with small plate in fracture sites and bone graft. Results All of the patients were followed up from 11 to 24 months(averagely 18 months). All of the fractures got bone union and union time was ranged from 7 to 23 months. Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail combined with small plate is advantageous at satisfactory immobilization, early recovery of joint activity and promotion of bone union in nonunion and delayed union of femur shaft fracture.Hence, this treatment deserves to be recommended.
