Rehabilitation Nursing of Vegetative State Patients with Dysphagia

This paper is to summarize rehabilitation nursing of vegetative states patients with dysphagia.Systemic swallow function training and rehabilitation nursing were conducted in 32 vegetative states patients with dysphagia.In addition,comprehensive trainings such as ingestion training including ingestion position,time and amount were under monitoring.Among these 32 patients,20 were with serious dysphagia and 12 in middle level,a total score of(1.38±0.49).After 3-month training,only 4 remain serious,a total score of(2.88±0.98).There were statistical significances between the comparisons on degrees of dysphagia and scores(P0.01).
