Nutrient Determination and Evaluation of Tobacco Soil in Yanjing Tobacco Base Units

The main physico-chemical properties of 1 121 soil samples from main tobacco-planting villages and towns of yanjing region were analyzed to provide a reference for nutrition regulation and rational distribution of tobaco production in yanjing base units.The rerults showed that the pH value of most soil is suitabe for tobacco growp,the content of organic matter and rapid available nitrogen content was abundant,rapid available potassium content Was moderate or high,rapid available phosphorus content was low.There are difference in some soil nutrients content between different regions(towns).Therefore,in order to ensure the sustainable development of tobacco production in Yanjing Tobacco Base Units,it should adjust fertilization scheme for tobacco according to the local conditions.
