摘要
Objective To compare the improvement of vision in myopia treated by Q-value-guided customized LASIK (Q-LASIK) versus standard LASIK. Methods This study consisted of 123 patients with myopia (246 eyes, diopter from -1.50--8.50 D, astigmatism from -0.50--2.50 DC), who were treated by ALLEGRETTO WAVEIM EYEQ and Wavelight-ALLEGRO TOPOLYZER. The patients’ right eyes were treated by Q-value-guided customized LASIK, while the left eyes by standard LASIK. Postoperative follow-up was more than six months. Results No significant difference of uncorrected vision and dioper was observed between the Q-LASIK group and the standard LASIK group (P0.05), while the postoperative Q-value of the two groups were significantly changed (t=40.86,P0.05). The rate of satisfied vision in the Q-LASIK group was markedly higher compared with that of the standard LASIK group (χ2=16.97,P0.05). Conclusion Both Q-LASIK and standard LASIK are safe, efficient for the treatment of myopia. The Q-LASIK maintains the physiological asphericity of the human cornea, leading to a better improvement of vision.
