Collagen enzyme joint stellate ganglion block(SGB) in the treatment of mixed cervical spondylosis clinical observation

Objective To nalyze and study the collagen enzyme joint stellate ganglion block was applied in the treatment of mixed cervical spondylosis.Methods 320 cases of mixed type cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into A,B two groups and each group 160 examples.In group A,collagenase dissolved combined SGB treatment,group B dissolved by collagenase surgical treatment,with visual analog scale(VAS) and clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS) to treatment,before treatment,Xafter 10 d,1 month,half A year and one year effect assessment.Results A,B,after treatment the point VAS and CASCS,score and treatment before were significantly improved(P0.05),The 10d CASCS score in the A group after surgery in group B significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Collagenase dissolved combined SGB treatment of mixed cervical spondylosis with good effect,not only to significantly relieve pain in patients,but also to improve the clinical symptoms of sympathetic and cervical vertebral artery disease.
