The Clinical Significance of Serum EGF,S100β Alterations in Traumatic Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum EGF,S100β Alterations in Traumatic cephalophyma.Methods In samples from 68 cases of traumatic cephalophyma and 25 healthy volunteers,the alterations of serum EGF,S100β were detected by ELISA method.The relations between the serum EGF,S100βin 72 hours after admissions and general conditions of patients were analyzed.Results The serum EGF were significantly down-regulated while the serum S100βwere significantly up-regulated in traumatic cephalophyma,the alterations concern to the degree of craniocerebral injury.Conclusion There were significant relationships between the levers of serum EGF,S100βin traumatic cephalophyma and the conditions of craniocerebral injury,which contributed to estimate the degree of craniocerebral injury in the clinical.
