摘要
Objective To explore the serum levels of carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA),cancer antigen 125(CA125),cytokeratin 19 fragment 21-1(CYFRA21-1),neuronspecific enolase(NSE)in patients with lung cancer, and their value in differential diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods Serum CEA,CEA125(with microparticle chemiluminescence immunoassay)and CYFRA21-1,NSE(with fluoroimmunoassay)levels were detected in 68 patients with lung cancer,30 patients with pulmonary infection and 32 healthy people. Results 4 serum tumor markers in patients with lung cancer were significant higher than those in benign disease and normal control group(P0.05).CEA and CA125 levels in adenocarcinoma were significant higher than those in squamous cell cancer and small cell cancer(P0.05).CYFRA21-1 levels in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell cancer were significant higher than that in small cell cancer(P0.05).NSE level small cell cancer was significant higher than that in adenocarcinoma and squamous cell cancer(P0.05).The sensitivity of CEA,CEA125,CYFRA21-1,and NSE was 45.5%,60.1%,48.5%,and 48.5% respectively, and the sensitivity of 4 markers was 88.9% in lung cancer. Conclusion CEA,CEA125,CYFRA21-1,NSE levels have significance in detection of lung cancer, which provide evidence for differential diagnosis of lung cancer.Combined detection with 4 tumor markers can improve sensitivity and accuracy in diagnosis of lung cancer.
