Effect of clinical pathway nursing care on the patients with hepatolithiasis surgery

[Objective]To analyze the clinical pathway nursing care on the patients with hepatolithiasis surgery.[Methods]We collected 120 patients with hepatolithiasis surgery from January 2007 to December 2009,and randomly divided into intervention group and control group,and the controls were treated with clinical pathway nursing care,and the controls were treated with routine nursing care.[Results]The average day of hospital stay and hospital expense in the intervention group was significantly lower than controls,and the awareness rate for health education knowledge and satisfaction rate for medical workers in the intervention group was significantly higher than those of controls(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]The clinical pathway nursing care is helpful for improving nursing quality,and better preparation before surgery and nursing after surgery,finally increase the satisfaction among patients.
