The method of rehabilitation nursing care of elderly patients with knee arthroplasty

Objective To explore the method of rehabilitation nursing care of elderly patients with knee arthroplasty.Methods 120 cases of artificial joint replacement surgery in elderly patients were randomly divided into humane rehabilitation care group and usual care control group,all 60 cases.Humane rehabilitation care group in elderly patients in general care,psychological care,muscle and joint rehabilitation training.Usual care control group of patients only general care.Results humane rehabilitation care group of elderly patients 3 months after HSS pain score,function score,muscle score,activity score,flexion deformity score satisfaction scores were greater than the usual care control group(P0.05).Conclusion Reasonable rehabilitation of humane methods of care for elderly workers knee arthroplasty can be effective in reducing the incidence of complications,the prognosis of patients with knee and restore the motor function of the synovial membrane.
