摘要
High tensile strength steels are widely used for the ship-building.However,welding residual stress of high tensile strength steels often exists, and it will affect the hull security and service life.In this paper, the welding procedure was developed with APDL of ANSYS,and then the welding residual stresses of the cone-cylinder pressure hull of the submarine were simulated.Secondly, the welding residual stresses were measured through the X-ray non-destructive testing. Finally,it is concluded that the welding residual stresses obtained by numerical simulation coincide with that of the experiment. In addition, there is high residual stress on the toe of the welding joint, and at the outside of the fusion line, the further from the centerline of the welding line, the less the welding residual stress.
