Abstract
The solid phase extraction cartridges were prepared with Dowex1-X10 anion exchange resin as filler,a new method for determination trace noble metals(Pd,Ir,Pt and Au) in high grade matte nickel by solid phase extraction and total reflection X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(TXRF) was established, and the problem that hard separation and enrichment before detection of trace noble metals in complex system was solved.RSDs of Pd,Ir,Pt and Au in high grade matte nickel that was determined by TRXF were all less than 3.4% in 0.5mol/L hydrochloric acid system, detection limits of instrument were respectively 0.015μg/mL(Pd),0.011μg/mL(Ir),0.013μg/mL(Pt)and 0.015μg/mL(Au),and the detection limits of method were e 0.050μg/g(Pd),0.036μg/g(Ir),0.043 μg/g(Pt)and 0.050μg/g(Au),respectively.The results of actual samples were essentially in agreement with the results of ICP-MS.TXRF can be applied to rapid and simultaneous determination of noble metals in high grade matte nickel with satisfactory results.
