Regulatory effects of polysaccharopeptide on TLR5 signaling pathway in human PBMC
Chinese journal of immunology(2012)
摘要
Objective:To detect the effects of polysaccharopeptide(PSP) on TLR5 signaling pathway in human PBMC,and explore the immunoregulatory mechanism of PSP.Methods:The human PBMC was isolated and cultured in vitro and then divided into control group and PSP group.Real time fluorescent quantitative PCR(Q-PCR)was used to quantitatively analyze the expression of the genes of TLR5 signaling pathway in different groups. Results:The expression levels of TLR5,IRAK4,TRAF6,NF-κB and IRF5 in the PSP group were significantly higher than these in the control group except the AP-1(P0.05).Conclusion:PSP could play a role of regulation with the expressions of NF-κB and IRF5 mRNA in the TLR on the PBMC,and could supply evidences for further exploring the immunoregulatory mechanism of PSP.
